Refund Policy for Damaged Items

At Alchemist of the Earth, we strive to ensure that every plant reaches you in perfect condition. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If your item arrives damaged, we’re here to help!

Reporting Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Email us  with your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your email, our customer service team will review your case.
  • If the damage is confirmed, we will offer you the following options:
    • A full refund to your original payment method.
    • A replacement of the damaged item, subject to availability.
    • A store credit for the value of the damaged item.

Conditions:

  • Refunds or replacements will only be processed for items reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • We may request that you return the damaged item to us.
