- During the winter months, we highly recommend purchasing a heat pack to ensure the safe arrival of your plants. If the temperature is below 45°F (7°C) and a heat pack is not purchased, the product will not be eligible for return or refund due to potential cold damage.

- We use reliable shipping carriers to ensure your plants arrive in excellent condition. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Delivery Time:
- Delivery times may vary based on your location. Typically, orders are delivered within 5-7 business days after shipping.
